Day before our Knaus caravan vas breached by some vandals. Nothing was taken or stolen but anyway I had somehow to fix a lock. Searching eBay I could not find lock barrel for our caravan but one friend gave me a barrel from Adria, that one was a bit larger in diameter and shorter. Still decided that maybe I will be able to fit it.
After taking old barrel our I have filed down new one to correct diameter. Then with a 3d printer I quickly made some adapter for it and at the end it worked really well!
Su just a not for someone – if you ever need lock barrel for Knaus caravan, You can use barrel from Adria, it just need some fitting 🙂
